Blender Guru's (Andrew Price) famous doughnut tutorial. Working through this has really filled in many gaps in my Blender knowledge has set up a great foundation for building my knowledge further.

Of course, plenty I can improve on! Materials, lighting and composition, just to name a few, but this simple course has really shown me everything that Blender can offer!
